Breeding on the Murgia pasturelands offer an unimpeachable quality of the product: the “punta di coltello” (knife tip) sausage (in particular from Spinazzola and Minervino) offers unforgettable flavours, but you can also choose among uncommon flavours like the “gnomeriedd” (liver and offal) of lambkin, grilled veal chops and mixed skewers, pork and horse “strips”. All either grilled or oven baked, with potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
