The DOC Castel del Monte The DOC Castel del Monte

The DOC Castel del Monte is the Puglian wine with the largest number of preparations (9) using grapes from a wide variety of vines. All of these, however, are grown on land in the entire Minervino Murge municipal territory and part of the Andria, Corato, Trani, Ruvo, Terlizzi, Bitonto, Palo del Colle, Toritto and Binetto municipal territories. These are the recognized preparations:   their composition: “white”, “red”, “rosé”, “Chardonnay”, "Sauvignon", "Pinot bianco", "bianco da Pinot nero", "Pinot nero" and "Aglianico” red and rosé.
