Christmas is coming..it's cribs' time.

A popular tradition, that of of the living Creche, which renews the sense of solidarity, cooperation, friendship, peace and serenity. The fi rst “Living Nativity”, dates back to the times of St. Francis of Assisi . In our days and in our places the tradition is renewed. And the atmosphere is always magical. 
Bread and surroundings.
The taste of the wood oven in Corato.
Once these were the places where our grandmothers sent their weekly amount of bread or the Sunday “pasta al forno” pans or the Ferragosto lunch to be baked. Today they are a rarity. They are the place of memories for some and fl avours for others: saying “I go to the oven” in Corato, is like saying “I go to the bakery.”...
